MILL10NAIRES!, Jakob Eirich (2D)

Name: Jakob Eirich
Country: Germany
Software: Photoshop

This is my entry for the CGChallenge "Ten".

This Story is about a couple that's after the american dream. They are willing to risk everything to reach their dreams and be together forever.

There are a few incorporated "TEN"s in the image, but aside of the 10 dollar bills they are fairly easy to find.

Hope you like it!

Interesting. It's almost like a Bonny and Clide theme. I love the streaky, rectangular brush work you did for the foreground (background since it's upside down). I almost didn't notice that the woman had shot a heart into the hood of one of the vehicles, but I did find it and it's a nice touch. Little things like that are fun to find in such an action-packed painting. It was a little harder to find the tens than I thought, but I did find a few (it's like those find the hidden picture games you see in kid's magazines; lots of fun). My only things to say is that the shape of the roof in the background looks off (in terms of shape or perspective) and the woman's body needed a bit more shaping around the torso (it's blending slightly to the arms, making the shape seem wider than it is). Other than that, this is a pretty awesome piece and a joy to look through. Diffenitely a keeper for your portfolio. Keep it up. Great job.

That's really a killer angle for a painting. I can't imagine it more dynamic.
I draw using math models and algorithms.
