Amazing piece, especially created with Blender.
The lightning effects are made with Photoshop though, i guess?

I really like the texture on the boot, and a really cool image overall
seems to rest a little heavily on the post work in photoshop, but the texturing and colours are still really nice.
only other thing, just the teeth look a bit rushed.
Great image though mate

Outstanding work! It took me a few seconds to understand the full concept, but when I realized it I was really amazed about such a good idea!

it would have been nice if you also textured the shoe dragon's teeth like real teeth, but still it's good

That's awesome - LOL!!
Very clever, and I don't mind the amount of postwork. It nicely keeps the overall feeling stylized so you're not trying to equate it to reality (that shoes doesn't look real! The chess piece doesn't look real! etc.) - more like an illustration in the end.
