Very impressive piece of work.
If I can bring your attention to one thing; in the 18th century women had their skin very white and some how really transparent so one can see the veins.
That would kick-up the realism of your art piece.
Congratulation all the rest is so amazing.

Really nice model! I really like the final image too. My only is too much noise in the render, I hope this was a post effect and you can tone it down a bit.
