Sorry about offtopic, but i must say that:
There is a warning "contains nudity"..but there's nothing about the very realistic bowels...
I think no one is bothered by the little penis, but I'm sure that there are many people who want to be cautioned against bowels...
Why is nudity worser than an opened body?!
//
Beside this, it's a realy genuine rendition !

Well I intentionally cropped the thumbnail for the front page in such a way as to show that there were organs in the image.

This is an outstanding example of what computer graphics can do. Well done. A traditional anatomy textbook does not come anywhere close to this kind of visualization.

Yikes that is equal parts gross and fantasti!. Bad ass work Tsvetomir, and I appreciate the keeping true to the subject with the well modeled nudity.

Usually when you see someone opened up like this in an anatomy book, there's a disconnect because you kind of figure that we're really just seeing an X-ray of this person, they're not really cut open, so its not disturbing. By binding his hands together you side stepped that completely, and now (just because of that little touch of detail) it becomes totally real, and we're thinking oh god..something terrible has happened. Great work!

yeah where is the blood? Otherwise, I agree it's good. Organs maybe dead and bloated explaining their size who knows. Good though, very good.
