One day..., Cornelius Comanns (3D)

Title: One day...
Name: Cornelius Comanns
Country: Germany
Software: Bryce, Rhino

I did this image some time ago. There is a story in this image, it is up to you which.
It was modeled with rhino and textured and rendered in bryce. Textures were made with photoshop.

Every kind of comments welcome.

Good choice of title, and a very very realistic render... so realistic, i've got to ask- are there any images blended into it, or is it all 3d? 5*

Thanks a lot!
everything in this image is 3d. The image was rendered back then on a very slow computer. And Bryce is veeery slow... So I had to use some tricks for better file handling:

The reed was rendered in a seperate file with alpha map and was then used as a texture projected on simple planes in the final image. Saves a lot of render time and you can not see the difference because it is out of focus.

Bryce is a landscape generator so I rendered mountains and sky also in a seperate file and used it as texture projected on a simple plane in the final rendering.

I hope this is answering your question. if there are some more questions please feel free to ask :-)

Thumbs up Perfect

This would be almost a macro photo shot! Haha! Great, great, piece of work. The glass lens are so good. Wow, the wood, you got me wondering! You are talented!
