Hi,

I was wodering how did you make the map on spiderman. In other word can you explain a little how you did the sute of spiderman and what program? Because in the wire i didn't see the texture of the sute.

First of all, Thank you to everyone who has posted here!!! The response to this piece has been overwhelming and I really appreciate all of the comments!

jhasse- I've gotten quite a few questions about the texturing process. So, here is an explanation of how it was done. The web pattern was painted in Zbrush, and slowly refined using projection master. That texture was then used for displacement in 3ds max. For the hexagon texture on the suit, I used Zapplink to export the texture to Photoshop cs2 where I used the warp tool to fit the pattern to the shape of the model. Then, I brought the texture back to Zbrush, rotated the model, exported it again, and I repeated that process until it was done.

Black spidy looks excellent.I tried comparing the movie wallpapers and for my vision it's from the same class.
