one of the best i've seen. the details are simply amazing!
i do think too that maybe a little scratch, dirt on the face or the fabric would be pretty cool!
but this work alone is really inspiring. Awesome!

Damn!,.. When I clicked on this topic I thought you were trying to be funny by posting a real picture. After a few seconds I realized it wasn't because of the odd displacement or texturing of his beard ( No offense!!!)

This is truely one of the most amazing and real renders I've ever seen in my entire life!

Keep it up dude, I rea lly love it!

I've gone into all the crits here, and some seems very right, annoying bump on chin and other skin parts, lips modeling (flat part), excessive specular giving a plastic looking and so on...

But even with all this minor things almost everyone gave you a 5 stars ! *lol*

For me it is a 5 stars ! Just because we don't have more than 5... *lol*

You achieved an overall great looking, very convincing, a powerful image, and ... holly crap with the inorganic stuff ! That's mind blowing well textured !

We have to be too picky to find the detail problems, can't see them right away.

Well, since almost everybody is picking something *lol* I will pick something too.
General anatomy of the face seems very good for me, details on it like the wrinkles on the face are very well done too, only the alpha pores I'd work out it a lil more, considering it's direction and different kind of pores on different areas of the face. (my picky boring observation)

If you work around this minor details... (truly minor..) It will end up hell perfect !
It's hell good !

Congratulations !

Keep it up !

Been following the progress for a while. It looks really amazing. I'm amaze on the amount of detail that you create from zbrush.
