Hi there! I realy like this image alot. The only thing that threw me off was smirkish look on his face and the high intensity rim light to the right. Keep up the good work.

Ehm... there is something missing... uh... oh, YES... a LIGHT saber. How can you do this, a starwars character without a lightsaber, a sith without a red lightsaber. Don't post on this forum again if you don't plan to remake this image with a lightsaber.
He, he, he,... just kiding . (but a lightsaber would be in place here...)
Anyway, I like this sithlord. It would be amazing if you did a model of Yoda and make an animation of a saberfight.
When I saw Yoda fight in EP2 it was amazing (what a monkeyboy ).
Keep the good work.

it looks really good. the gesture, the eyes, like the "real" sithlord. the modeling is well done and i also like the rimlight. the cloth is great also but i think you should decrease the sss of the hands, they look like as they would glowing from the inside.

impressive modeling, I think you should create a occlusion pass and add it in multiply on your model.

I'm sorry but didn't this guy always have a "smirkish look"??

The face is perfecto!

The fingers look waxy (to much SSS).

Great composition, theme and texturing.
The color selection for the lights and textures is very good.

I see some oportunity for improvement in the following:

+ The right hand has a strong shadow from the coat, but the rest of the shadows are less sharp. This jumps right away, as if the hands had a different lighting setup than the coat.

+ The hands have great wrinkles, but the color is too straight. I would expect variation in the tonality of the hands.

Wow!! Good work brow!!
But I don't like of the hands
In my opinion, The hands were not good in the scene.
Nice, good luck for you!
take care!
Bye!

agreed, and the fingers look too varied in size , i think

the cloth looks also too thick to look cool enough and the hood falls
a bit silly like around the head, well, maybe it's the thickness of the cloth
here too that bothers me , not how the cloth folds

yea otherwise very nice work

I like the overall look, but theres two things that bother me when i look at it. First, his hands seem like they dont belong with the body. If you look at his face you see intense age/wrinkles/darkside corrruption/whatever you want to call it, but you then look at the fingers and they're fleshed out fingers with the only creases being the natural creases at the finger joints. Make them like the face and it'll help so much.
The other thing is more minor but the cloak's bump mapping is too large. He's supposed to be wearing a thick thick woolish robe or whatever, with deep depressions in the fabric to emphasize its thick threads, but the way you have it now its scale is very large and it just doesnt lok like a pattern of cloth to me.

Other than those, i really like the face.

is good model, but it seems not to be so clear and to symetrical and is something funny with the background.
