i think the fingers need more detail at the joints... those would crumple when bent
but the texturing is amazing !!! can you show us your texture maps? also the alpha map? im curious how you keep it all crisp, and what you prioritize in allocating texture resolution.
im a big fan of your red cloud, keep on posting your stuff!!

wah, great conversion.....
and your page is more than cool. you have made big steps from year 2003 to 04.
some points to your model:
- your poly distribution could be better ( too many on his chin, to few an his boxy long trouser leg and fingers). it is too even, you have no focuses.
- the skincolour is very greyish and it could use more reds
- what happened to his necklace? no shading, every link looks the same...
but no matter - fine piece of character.

great poly balance on that mesh, amazing textures, love those exagerated hi-lights you did on the textures, specially on his pants! makes it look really gamey, oldschool style!
