Well JD.......................It's great to see this most excellent piece of work get into the finished gallery........A long road,a hard road, but a very successful one from what I see here......

................First off congrats on a most excellent job.

................Next........Front page.....I sure hope this gets the royal treatment it deserves......I feel everyone dropping by CGtalk should get the chance to see this creation of yours......

.......I love the attention to intricate details.........the patience that went behind this is quite obvious,a great deal and then some........Love the precision.............The modeling is very smooth, very accurate............The textures are spot on right, and look just right, very accurate, and appealing...........The lighting and renders are very fine examples of top level finished jobs........

.........Is it real? .........Nice backdrops as well............smart choices and nice blends for the actual model.......just the right contrast.........

.........You should be proud of yourself JD,and what more can one say than excellent job,in all facets,a most wonderful effort on all fronts, and a true exibition of fine craftsmanship......

.........Congratulations on a excellent job here and all I can say is next stop.......Front page and than Choice gallery, this is certanly worthy of both.........two thumbs up......way up..............

A true CG Masterpiece

Your work is presented like a symphony. A true CG Masterpiece. I loved the exploded parts at the finale.

best,

Speechless...

Holy cow! What mind bending attention to detail! By far the best product viz I have ever seen! I've modeled as phone from the outside, but to do the whole thing? Props to you! And this is definatly , without a doubt, the largest post I have ever seen here on CGtalk! LOL
The only crit I can possibly make is that you can see the sectioning in some of the wires...if you look closly...and squint.

Outstanding. Think I'll head over and look at that website.

Hi Really great job, I have a couple critisms though, I figure you've had plenty of praise, on the animation the phone seems way too shiny which is wierd because doesn't look like it is in any of the still renders, in fact in some stills I would say it's not shiny enough, because of some large areas of fairly flat grey. The other thing is the ear piece looks like you've got some smoothing errors.

Detail in the model is really fantastic though and a lot of the texture work is perfect. From almost every angle it looks spot on.
