here the first mirror
i'll comment it later but for the moment it remind me some video clip like 'on your mark' from studio ghibli, i talk about the kind of movie only, nothing else
Only one thing seems to me strange considering the great quality you've reached for a 3min movie, the head of the main character entered in his back!!

Second mirror

Huge amount of work put into this for such a short timeperiod ... awesome stuff.
I would love to know more about how it was made and why.

I didn't understand a bit of what was going on, but man, the visuals were pretty far out. I especially like the parachute scene. But for me its just a sequence of cool-looking stuff... with a recurring character. Think of musical cues and cinematograohy/editing that would really get the story across. Important story points like the forbidden rose and the xRay rose detector were rushed by while other points like the necklace crystal thing and flashback were drawn out but lacked clarity. There's no way anyone could get the point on the first viewing.
love,hen

thanks a bunch for the mirrors.

Great visual design, modeling and quality render, BUT

storytelling, direction and animations are not at the same level...

I'm sorry, but I was really confused after seeing it...

big work, anyway

I`m in beijing ,my msn is isredwing@hotmail.com.

I made this shortmovie by 3dsmax5 and combustion 2 education version.I use combustion to adjust coloe and add the dof.If you like,I will upload some adjust procedure image.
