i was really inspired by the LOTR movies when i made this :)
i used 3d studio max 5 to make this scene. most of the geometry here is boxmodeled, the final render was done with the regular scanline renderer with some fina lphotoshop touchups.

but at this resolution we can't really appreciate the details... where can we see a high-res render?

i'm afraid i lost all my stuff a few days after rendering this final image so there wont be any update/higher res :(
