As acting tests go this is pretty good, the movements fit the voice and it's not over-acted. Subtle and nice.

Only crits I have are really the lighting and texturing, you need a fill light really, you are losing detail in the darker side of him, and could really do with a darker texture in the mouth, which would help you to read the shapes.
