Stunning work! Great to see some awesome realtime rendering here

Man that is really impressive. I was going to ask about the Nike tabi sneakers but then I saw the mechanical hand so I assume its not a period piece.

Really great job. Awesome what you accomplished at realtime framerate.

Minor nit to pick- but the depth of that scar over her left eye would've left her blinded, and that eye looks good as new. Otherwise your attention to detail is good!

Thanks again for the kind words, much appreciated.

You're right about the eye ... the initial design had a mech-eye (can be seen in early zbrush stages or the upper left corner in the texture) but i didn't like that much how it turned out in the end hence i mirrored the "good" eye over for the last renders/testing.

Congratz for the cover. Hope you gallery soon (well deserved, IMHO).
And thank you, the post is almost a tutorial by itself.

So...this is the victory we longed for.

That's just incredibly good work. Textures are first class and the hair tex could be mistaken for real hair. I'm not feeling any love for the scar but that's just personal preference and not to be taken as a crit for your amazing work.
I like to learn.

Impressive how the line between games and film becomes thinner and thinner

Well done character, I like the purpose in her costume design, it makes sense and is not just useless decoration like most character designs.

Thumbs up Incredible!

I'm at a loss for words! It's absolutely stunning and amazing. The attention to detail, and the way you incorporated the placement of the "dagger" in a realistic and authentic way is incredible. I like the small blade on the bracer, although I haven't yet figured out how it works.

Truly an inspirational piece. I like the hairdo as well. Nice choice in the style, and the strips of cloth (not sure what it's called) in the hair is an excellent touch.

I'm a completely novice in modelling, and is still trying to find my bearings, but I'm actually trying to create a character myself in the same style. A korean female warrior/ninja, and your piece is extremely inspirational, in both the details and the way you've put it all together and the tools used.

Well, maybe I wasn't at a loss for words after all, but I am awestruck.

I bow for the master!
