A Vietnamese Mig 21 over Vietnam during the war. Modeled in Bender, textured with Photoshop, rendered with Cycles engine. Post produced in Photoshop. Please feel free to critique all part of the image !

modelling is very good for me but
1- textures is need more work & a little reflation
2- more flame
3- all image it need a little blur ok
any way good started

Good work, I'm totally agree with Soares concerning the texture and the reflection, and I think that you should work more on the position of the Mig in the scene .

@Mr-evil-studio : Thanks. Could you precise which part of texture should be improved ? Color or bump/reflective maps or both of them ? For the blur, do you mean on the whole image ?

@shemword : thanks too. Could you precise too what's wrong in the position ?

I think it is a great piece and I see a lot of work has gone into the texture. The subtle reflection is enough and the spec/reflection map looks good, especially on the highlighted areas.

Good that you haven't used cheap tricks like too much blur or exaggerated exhaust.

My only crit is that I think your bump is too strong and that a bare metal surface like this has more contrast.

I know well how much efforts you put into this beautiful model , and how difficult it is to recreate the bare metal look of the legendary Fencer : well done !
