Created for the fun of it and to get in depth and learn Mental Ray. All texturing done in polypaint alone as an experiment too.

Very well done. I watched this one in the WIP. It really came together quite beautifully. Great concept and execution. You mentioned in your WIP thread that he might be animated in the future. Any chance this will happen?

Hey, thanks guys!

Yeah Im working on animating him now with an animator who contacted me on here. Got runcycles done, we are just fiddling with renders. Then maybe a short animated piece.

Will post on the site at some point

Hey,
Im new to the thread and wanted to say how amazing your work is. The lighting is very realistic and the shadows are cast perfect on the model. I also wanted to say that I liked that you said that you were testing out a new softwear to see if you liked it..
