This is a project which started as a track vehicle test and grow to full vehicle rigged and scripted for animation.All textures are made in Photoshop and compositing is made in AE.

Cool :D

the orange is abit bright considering it would be a dirty machine

but modelling is absolutely awesome!
really looking nice

I agree - chip up that paint a bit more and make it look like it has been used!

Thanks for your opinions and advises.

Before I have created textures for this model, I have shot a few photos of orange about 15 years old excavator. In full sun if looks so orange that you can't even see the wear out.

In CG often people exaggerate and objects don't look believable and start looking "CGish". The paint on heavy vehicles is more resistant then car paint otherwise after few years of working that vehicles would look like wreck. That is the reason why my excavator looks like that.
