Hôtel Mercy-Argenteau, Jeremy Ageron (3D)

Title: Hôtel Mercy-Argenteau
Name: Jeremy Ageron
Country: France
Software: 3ds max, Photoshop, VRay, ZBrush

I had extra-time to work a full day to sculpt this detail for an interior architectural perspective, and recently decided to make a close-up image out of it.
This is a rehabilitation project of a parisian "hôtel particulier" located in the "boulevard Montmartre".

Nice! Reminding me on the superb exhibiton about hôtels particuliers parisiens last year in Paris. Only the back light is somewhat strange (looking more like some Beverly Hills gimmick..) but otherwise lovely!

Thanks for the kind words, and thank you for your comment about the back light. I published this image mostly because I am interested in constructive criticism.

I do have a modeling sheet about this sculpture in my portfolio but I figured that I woud rather put it here:

Stunning, amazing, simply great work! I love it. I want the camera to pull out and reveal the the rest of the scene!

Ah I understand . The problem is I wasn't in charge of this project. I just gave a hand during a day to create the Zbrush sculpture, I did not even model the wooden pieces nor the golden ornement on top of the image. When we were finished I took the scene and worked on this detail view during my spare time. So sadly I have nothing else to show...
