just added a grey background to show wut i coloured; basically coloured some of the image, using some unique brushes, the line tool, marquees, lasso tools, and a HELL of a lot of experimental colours (not shown)

My first thought is that the design seems somewhat derivative of Feng Zhu (www.artbyfeng.com). You obviously didn't trace it, but you're using a few design cliches that Feng pushed into popularity (hazard stripes, inexplicable protruding cylinders, et cetera) . . . hell, I've used that stuff myself, but I've tried to cut back, because its been played out.

Other observations:

Wouldn't that minigun just shoot his chin off?

The vent in the back of the shoulder is nice.
