Thank you LaurentiuBontea.

Just keep your way straight and you will reach the price.
I see your talent allthough i don't want to polish up your skills. and an other point: as you know am from Hungary and your country's history are almost the same as ours all we had hard days...the dictatures and cultural suffering under those tyrannic ages. Lots of other artists have financial and cultural stability but ususally we don't. Trust in yourself!!!
As i see from your profile you're also a lion just as I (august 9.) and you're quite young...lots of chances you have!
Bests to you and thanks again your kind reply.
Cya,
Tremo

Thumbs down Great !

Hi Laurentiubontea !

This is simple : I've seen many 2d threads but your work is definitely one of my favorites !

This is simply awesome !

I love the character and I love the way you paint.
Is there something from Cthulhu on his head ? Am I right ?

Your details don't spoil the image, they are perfect and they enhance it ! Keep going on !

Good luck !

Hello guys and sorry for the delay...

Tremo,

Well, what can I say... you left me with an open mouth.
You're one of the very few people that really believe in my success. All of my life I've been pushed aside
to make way for the favorite ones. Now, you make me believe that those days are finally starting to dim.
And yes you guessed everything right, i've always been financially unstable, i can't even afford
my own PC yet, but I think that you and i and the other ones that got here, and are coming from undeveloped or in course of
developing countries have stepped psychically a high placed verge. And that's why maybe we always feel that
we are with a step backward and that's where the cultural complexes come from. We were lucky, for us it was easier because we are younger..And we are lucky again for not being afghans or iraqi or I don't know, etiopians; we woudn't had any chance...Head-up, it's not that bad!
Anyways, thanks for your words again, and I can't believe you're voting me. Hard to believe that. Or maybe i'm easy to impress. You've seen maybe all the pieces in the contest and supported all those in need
and you came to me to say that you're giving me your vote? That my friend, is the biggest honor I could get.
It didn't surprise me at all to see that you're working as a mechanic. Otherwise you wouldn't have speak about financial
instabilities. Good luck to you my friend and maybe we'll meet someday.

If you don't mind I would like to ask you to do something for me, if you think you have the time.Someday. Could you render an
image with the poison lady..a semi-profile perspective view with the glass in the foreground but careful
not to cover her with it, using fish-eye lens at medium distorsion. I'm really curious how she'd look like. Thanks again for
everything..talk to you later.

Thanks Locusta I'm glad you like the textures and the character.
Good luck to you too. I'll drop by to see how's your jumper doing.

Uh, caberte sorry for that jaw.. You know, you're really funny, you're posting
everyday a new final color. It's good that you keep anlyzing your painting and search
for weak spots.

SideAche, thanks.

Deadly Force, could be from ctulhu, he's got a filter mask that helps him with underpressurized air at great heights. Thanks and good luck to you too.

Godlewski I'm glad you like it. When i start working on a concept I always begin with the mood and colors and only after with the shapes. Thanks for that thumb.

Oh I forgot to tell you few things about the latest upload. I changed the bg because I felt that the old one was competing with the character's power on a lighting scale of values and i wanted something softer, to dive in the shade.
I kept the look of gothic environment but i didn't raise it at those futuro heights as before.
I also added some fog and dust. They never do any harm. And I tried to clarify most of the shapes,
made them easier to be read. And because it's a learning forum i'm gonna share a word of a grand
contemporary master - Craig Mullins. He said that a good painting is like a perfectly exposed
photography, with details in shade just as in light. Of course it can be disputed, but it's a good
thing to keep in mind. I'm always trying to make use of it.
Ok. Enough with the aberations.C U all tomorrow in the morning when I'm gonna upload the final. I hope to manage it somehow, i don't know much about using a ftp client. And I hope to find the school open.

Thanks guys, it's been a real slice!

My friend Laurentiu,

Your new upload with the pushed back backgroun is better for the mood and the expression of the character. About your post?
At the moment i have no words...yes we are lucky...we have chance to break out, but we have to work a lot to reach our dreams. You know i see lots of thoughts in your image, this is why I feel it near to myself...those heavy boots are keeping him on the ground but the wings are showing the possibilities to leave the ground...he is strong, someone unreal but his pose and expression are presenting a real human soul. A fighter captured in a moment when he is just a man with the rest of his thoughts....
About rendering? Sounds good.....I hope time will be friendly, usually, you know...
Cya,
Tremo
