Olivier: ZB4 does have layers with blending (finally). But it doesn't seem to do transparency, except in a kind of pitch black = transparent option. Also, while projection painting makes life fun, I don;t seem to get good sharp bump maps - or maybe it's just my settings, Therefore I am thinking of moving my texturing from ZB4 to Gimp (can't afford PS - yet).

Superbly done low key - beautiful with the light accents and the subtle reflections. Filtering, styling and overall lighting mood remind me on Paolo Roversi’s polaroids of the 1990s. The pose of the fingers is partially unnatural, revealing the 3D origin, but probably intended.

A true masterpiece!

this is great man!! ( as usual ) ...I have a question, you mentioned 3dsmax, but is it max's default renderer you're using or is it like vray or mental ray?...etc...I'm very curious as I'm thinking about switching to 3dsmax and I understand it's your style, but I always like the way your renders come out....
