Great char! I was recently thinking about such a sour, grim protagonist for a project.. He should definitely follow / borrow... (W) Kaziu zakochaj się Great name for the personality.

I like the fact that he is more like the average not so olympian muscled build, stout build guy is great

Just wanted to say WOW! Great character man, I see him as some kick ass uber positive man in some feature film or a video game.

I just agree with the praise given above. I especially like the construction of the character - looks almost like one of my dear friend who is also doing that kind of work. Also the details like tools and the feeling that he has really done some work (probably wear and tear of textures then) are great.

I know very little about 3d (at least for now), so take my comments with grain of salt. In addition to what has been said before just couple of observations: Especially at his right hand materials (dirty and sweaty skin, leather, metal, cotton) seem to reflect light quite similarry. Maybe something more to possibly sweaty skin and metals, something les to the shirt. Or something. Pose feels unnatural because the weight of the crowbar (jimmy) behind the shoulder doesn't feel enought to support the hand (and a heavy clove). He must be supporting the crowbar instead. It would need something like wrecking bar (the larger straight one for making holes to the ground or something) to support the hand.

Thanks guys.

I use silo as polygon modelerer only. Base meshes and some minor stuff like floor and the tools. I like its fast workflow, however toolset not so much. It seems to be standing in place for a while now.

Rigging and posing him in XSI 7.01 was rather painfull experience

Actually he is supposed to support the crowbar, not the other way around. With tightly closed fist maybe it would look better. I have a crowbar, its quite light. So far I haven't had the chance to use it for anything but hey, it was dirt cheap and you never know when aliens attack.
