Smile Great Work!

It really captures the B&W photo look, and her body has real weight.

She's beautiful! I like the composition. The black and white combined with the back view and head gesture really worked for me. The body work really looks real. The hair looks great and working with the body really well. Although I have to say looking at the hair alone and in the detail it looks different.

this looks wonderful, very realistic and photographic. It would be nice to see the same quality render on other angles though. I'd just like to ask what shader did you use for the hair? Are those numerous grids with transparency maps or did you use 3dsmax hair?

Wow nice image! I love what the subtle hairs on the back and arms add to the image. Personally I think if the head hair was a little more realistic it would be perfect.

Inspirational, so this is what great anatomy looks like!

Gratz on the much deserved award.

I agree with Juggernaut, a tutorial on this would be the icing on the cake.

Really looking forward to your next image.

Compositing

Thank you all for your kind comments here. Since some of you asked me to create some Making of. I've come up with something for you.

I think, that the modeling and sculpting process is pretty much straight forward, and just a matter of practice and observation. And due to the fact that there is a lot of very good information about this all over the web, I will skip it! However the lights and shaders might be interesting but I will leave it for now! So I will get to the very heart of the process which is post processing work, as this is a true magic. I will show you what it was look like on this particular image. Please download the archived *.avi file below. (I've tried to generate *.gif file but it was very pure quality and I just could not stand it)

I hope you'll like it and I would very much like to hear your thoughts!

Girl on a chair post processing HD

Sorry I wont reply to each and everyone of you, you know I am grateful to all of you! But, I will answer the questions you've asked:

knaidu1977: Full making of I will be able to create when the Hair Farm plugin will be released. If this is not satisfactory enough!
giordi: I might try to do that. Once done, i will post the link here
simyevil: 1) In the next work there will be face. 2) Well, because black and white photography is not very colorful And there is some magic in B&W's I can't describe, but one thing is clear, this something vanishes once the third color was used
