Yes, amazing work. You really pulled off the 3D image of the 2D very well. It looks as if was on the zebra originally. I also really like the detail of the metal very well done.

Hi guys, many thanks for your comments!
Just to explain better this work... this zebra, the devil and the armoured snake I'll post next time ( there is also an armoured wolf but I donít like the result so I won't show that ) are all part of the same work project and each one of them represent a soccer Italian team: zebra for Juventus, the devil for Milan, snake for Inter and wolf for Roma. These subjects doesn't has to match between them ( like devil knight over zebra ), everyone is a soccer "warrior" armoured and ready to fight. All of them are rival. This is the reason why zebra armour has not stirrup or saddle.
This work isn't been easy. For each subject I had only 3 days to work on lighting, shading texturing and photoshop retouching. Moreover final render had to be really big: about 7000 pixels height or wide and really detailed.
2 years ago, when this work was made, the duration of a render so extended was about 10-12 hours.
So please forgive some texture stretching :P
The advertising was "calcio LA7".
If I'll be able to get from client the complete image with background stadium I'll show you for sure.
