Alien for the Siggraph, damien canderle (3D)

I want to share with you this alien i made for a presentation i did for pixologic at the siggraph in San Diego.
It is done mostly with ZB3.1
render with Vray as usual

Cool creature Damien and very nicely done. Reminds me a ittle bit of a Black and white alien portrait you did a while ago.

damien i know you usually keep your techniques a secret and i understand that but would you mind telling a little about your post/color correction techniques? your passes and combustion use. from what i can tell you only light with white cards(object lights) is that right?
