seriously good stuff.. especially love the eyes. C4D keeps on amazing me lately..

only thing bothering me, is that the guy in the foreground doesnt look very integrated with the rest of the scene, prolly because of the dof. dont know if there is a way to fix that though...

Somewhat frightning, but they also have a look a kindness in them, or at least curiousity.

first of all: great work

i'd prefer the second version if the background was darker, maybe you could give that a try

yeah, that DOF makes it look like a photo of a character standing in front of a painting.

really nice character design btw.

naaic, it's just a bit odd they all have the same pose

Krugar: I know what you mean, it does look a little pasted on, I think its mainly because the far left should probably be in focus as well, I might go back and fix that

joost81: I guess its their rest stance

NO WAY, fist! the first one is better!

squid, this is really a nice pic! As I said, IMO the first one seems better, but you can try as fist said...
Also, I like the way the foreground character is integrated in the scene, knowing that the DOF separates him from the bg. I think that was the way intended by you, nope?
The "alien warrior" that's sitted down seems a little strange in its pose and detached from ground (?).
But I love your work! GREAT!
