Ha ha, love the composition. Great job. Love your description too. Maybe you should do a follow up piece of a guy with a really hairy back, kind of looking over his shoulder into the camera with a smoldering look of passion on his face. Confident in his sexuality and ready for love.

This is great,

I havent been this disturbed sence watching Red Dragon. The personality in the character combined with the lighting and mood make this really jump out. The narration I think actually made this character is a bit more disturbing than the Red Dragon.

Excellent work!

This is quite possibly one of my favorite works on CGTalk right now. I don't think you shoudl change it, adding a pizza box or a computer with WoW on it or anything like that would cheapen it. I enjoy the character, while his obesity is shocking at first, it's overcome by his obvious confidence and desire. Reminds us that depite what media would have us beleive, beautiful people aren't the only ones affected by love, or by lust.

My second favorite aspect is the fact that this peice only has 3 stars for its rating, because the character featured is 'ugly'. I think this serves as a great commentary on the CG art community.

I agree with windarr, you should do a series on this theme.

This pice is marvellous. I like the style very much and he is even more confident than Burt Raynolds would be in a similar Pose

As much as I like this image, I would have liked it even more if the sofa (at least the cushion) was more influenced by the character's weight.

thanks,
Adam

Lol funny idea and nice render, though the lighting may be a little to intense on his face ...
