I realize you are purposefully going for a somewhat mirrored composition. What I thnik would
add to the polish of this piece however, is if you take away the exact texture mirroring on the two robots' clavicles and chests. I hope this was not already mentioned- there were just too many "dude you rock" posts to go through to check

You did such a great job mixing it up with the other elements between the two figures, that it just seems a shame to have the chests show the exact same scratches and dents.

Respectfully,

i completely agree... ide say this image is 99.9% complete cause thats the only thing that bothers me. even on the left robots head the model number is mirrored...

but GOD ALMIGHTY!!! what a great IMAGE!!! the detail and textures are phenomenal!

The composition of this work might cause the misunderstanding.
Two robots exist as a relation of the mirror image, and the left robot is the other self reflected in a mirror. Though this has changed...It's just play like Magritte's picture.
The textures is simply reversed. but, there is not a mirror's frame. Of course, I understand becoming a simple, tedious picture as a result. I considered a right and left balance of the entire composition. And, I darkened (a little) the surrounding of the shoulder of a left robot. Because the volume of a left robot is larger than that of the right. I broke an accurate mirror image. I will leave it to your judgment whether it's correct.

Though I worries about whether I understood your suggestion...
(Sorry... I am not good at English. )

Thank you for your suggestion.

O^o

Totally crazy stuff! In a good way. No crits about modeling or texturing or light. That is all nice but one thing bothers me. There is no actually any tension on this image...you know if it's a torture machine mayby adding some more dramatic atmosphere and view angle would help. Now that's only pose there...though I'm not sure if it was your idea.

Anyway that's a nice one.

Because of my terrible english,

I seem your works are effected by Hieronymus Bosch.
