most of all texture is made by drawing in photoshop. ......just draw by brush ...

I'll give you 4 stars, very good modeling, but the skin texture looks dirty in some places. Maybe its the Shadows, or your Color/Specular Maps...

In the face there are some regions that are Burn (to shiny), give the light a Little (just a little) down the intensity. or modify your Specular Map.

Love the modeling, good work.

EDIT: I looked again, and the problem (for me) its the light that come from Left (women left), down the intensity a little.
