I think it is Cinema 4D, as the character is leaning on Maxon's logotype.

Very well done JeyJey, I really dig the cartoony nature of the entire scene. One thing I would suggest is to get those fingers articulated alot more, because with this character they will be very expressive

FANTASTIC image dude, although i've always had a thing for gnomes - they scare me.
