from the looks of it the modeling and the glow effects look great. More colors and tonal contrasting could make this piece look so much better. The blue and purple hues seem to dull down the pic for me. The motions of the alien technology in the foreground could maintain its color. thats it! The environment! needs more of a alienlike sky., that'll make it look perfect. alien clouds. with a perfect color to match the depressing hue...what color........hmmm. don't really know. Red maybe, hmm.White!. yeah white. White Sky with red clouds! hell yeah. if thats the case than the fog under the alienmachines should maintain its white color but have its outer edge gradient to a red. Wow. did i just write that.

there was never really a sky as such, I originally imagined that the top left would be the roof or the other side of a wall (as if you were looking down a huge hole).

I've never been particularly happy with the top left, maybe a sky would work, or holes punched through the back to a sky so it's not just a horizon...

I do want to revisit it at some point, see what else I can do with it.

Heh, thanks - I do like my dinos... I'm really looking forward to the Kong vs Dinos fight in King Kong.

I'd like to do some replacement, I think i need to pick an obscure one that doesn't appear very often...
