top shelf modelling skills

those image maps tho, really demonstrate the power and effectiveness of good texturing and what you can accomplish with such. over the top work, congrats

/edit/ for an extra touch of realism (like you need some!) change the "jersey harbor" sign to "Bayonne Drydock" as that's the old wwII drydock facility outside of nyc in nj. /edit/

There was nothing wrong with the flag. It was flying from a pole, the pole is on the flag's right from the camera view, hence the field of blue should be on the right, exactly as he had it. I get that a lot from a people seeing me in uniform and stating my flag is f#$@ed up.

Hope you didn't change it. It is a great pic. I would be afraid the thing would sink with all that rust and corrosion.

very nice my onlt crit is that the rust stains on some of the walls of te dry dock should be locaded underneeth the holes that are above them and inbetween them. the water draining out of the hole is what causes those tpyes of rust stains

/cheers

Hmm, I thought this was based on a WWII story against the Germans? If so, not denying that US carriers take 4 years nowadays to build, but in WWII, most carriers were finished in under 2.

Oh well, what about the US Flag??

Edit: Noticed the flag fix...excellent!!

Hmm.....not much else to critique from me.....well done.
