Hey Misu, that is really cool! She looks like a real preson with a real personality, and she seems like nice person. Great skinshading!
The ear looks a bit wierd, I think there is too much contrast there. Do you have any more renders?

Fantastic stuff! Have to agree with the comment on background blur, and possibly the ear does look a little strange, but it works beautifully overall. Nice one!

I can say only one thing about your picture: clearly piece of art.

P.S. I will suggest you to smooth the edges of the ear a bit and to make the teeth a bit transparent.

Thank you all for your advice they really meant a lot to me. I rerendered the picture with DOF and I also adjusted the light setup a bit. It will be forever in the WIP state at least for me, as I will probably always find something new to try and improve.
As for the skin shader, I posted in my WIP thread a link to a screengrab of my material editor.
Thank you all again for your support and ... ummm.. cheers.. have a on me.

Excellent work on this model- Looks like a lot of time and effort spent on it.

Could you post some other angles of this model? One picture does not do it justice I think.

Hey, Misu!!! This is the 3D section.... there is no photo section by now.

Well, this work of yours is the most photo-realistic human character I´ve ever seen. Is any moderator over there to plug this??? And about the ears.... I think are pretty good and really nice. You haven´t done an expected or "normal" ear but a REAL one (you boys should look at people around you more often)

Five stars from me.

I am almost wordless , one little detail though. The chain of the nacklace don't seem to be hanging from her nack, looks like it has been glue there.

(I just wanna say something.) 9.9999/10

ow my..

why isn't this on the frontpage yet

Lil' strange though that she doesn't look in the camera, it makes her look like those waxen statues from madame tussauds museum.

superb!

[edit] now that I look for the second time I think there's a very little too much translucensy near her ears[/edit]
