So you managed to get your radiosity under control? What was the final render time? I really like the way it turned out, btw!

I was just about to post this exact thought. It's clear that, although a 3D newcomer, you're not a newcomer to art. The color contrasts, style, composition all make it clear that you have learned what makes an effective illustration. Would be nice to see some of your 2D work sometime!

Yeah, hair plus radiosity are no fun at all. You can put render tags on just the hair to drop the accuracy of the radiosity for just that object. Or, what I always reccomend, is turn radiosity off, and start learning how to light without it. It will pay off big time in render times, learning about how light works, and especially getting a job. Studios, as a habit, don't use global illumination, or raytracing for that matter, so you'll wanna get those render times down!

the info you gave me help speed things up a lot, I still was rendering for a few days.. but that was faster than previously.

Im REALLY sorry I missed you out, Im must have missed your name in my inbox.
