Looks really raw like Frank Miller's Batman.

Batman has always made his point clear to criminals by inflicting pain. You really capture that attitude. Would love to see more of him.

Freakin cool man.
That mask looks like sharkskin....I respect how randomized it all is. Looks like you put a good amount of time and effort into this. The lighting is very dramatic which works great too. The skin looks like you may have a bit to much translucency...kinda feels waxy. well, Keep up the fantastic work.
