Quick question. I have a few mechanical pieces I am working on. I am fine with modeling but not too well versed in texturing aside from being able to lay out uvs. Using your piece as an example, it would seem ridiculous to go through each and every pipe, box, railing, and metal chunk and map uvs with good old cylindrical and planar mapping, and then make one massive texture map. I guess my question is one of your texturing workflow, groups, and how to make a less insane texture map. Hope this is coherent enough to answer lol.

Excellent! Reminds me of the final fantasy series, but with a more serious and dirty look. Awesome texture maps!

Steam Punk lives!

Very steam punk! Looks great.
I love the greebling on the bridge structure.

While the laser light show is good, I think it would be even better with a conventional sky (perhaps with another Air Ship or two in the distance).

The Sailing Master on the very top looks great.
