Please critique and rip apart my site/reel

Please take a few moments to review my website, where you will find a 3D gallery and a rigging reel.

Something about my reel is throwing employers off, and I want some brutally honest opinions and suggestions. I am not "faint of heart", so please be as honest as you can. Start by telling me if the design of the website itself is working. What you think of my logo and marketing. Please make comment on the gallery page and what you think of the renders. What about the rigging reel, is that enough? I know my website is not overwhelming with stuff, my train of thought was to keep it simple, yet show off what I can do.

Imagine if you were an employer or a person at a company who was asked to review this websites because they were hiring someone, what works on this site and what doesn't? What must go and what must be added? I am interested in a "3D artist" or 3D generalist" position which sort of "can do everything" from modeling to rendering.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much.
