Help stabilize small shakey movements

I recorded a video, and I can't stabilize my shivering hand movements.

I have After Effects CS3, and I've tried several times with using in built tracker with stabilize, and I've tracked position and rotation with pretty big squares, but the video is just still jerky too much. I've tried only with position, and haven't succeeded to remove the shake.

Any advice?

Here is the original video:

And here is with After stabilize applied (position and rotation):

Thanks in advance.
Cheers!

You won't be able to properly stabilize that shot through simple transformations, as it's suffering a severe rolling shutter effect.

After Effects CS5.5 introduced a new stabilization effect called "Warp Stabilizer" which allows to compensate for rolling shutter problems.
