Smile Seeking After Effects Scripter (Paid)

Right now I'm basically looking for a way to to recreate the functionality of the "vibrate" tag from Cinema 4D in After Effects for a project I am working on and am looking to hire a talented AE scripter.

The ultimate goal is that running this script with the layer selected will set up the various wiggle expression parameters and link them to Slider Controls in the Effect Controls panel. I would then be able to control the frequency and intensity of the wiggle for Position, Rotation, and Scale properties independently or uniformly while being able to (just like in Cinema 4D) choose "Regular Puse." The reason I want these in the "Effect Controls" panel is because I want to quickly be able to keyframe changes in my wiggle parameters for my project.

If you are up to the task, please PM me and we can discuss the terms and payment. I'm looking to move quickly as this is a fast-moving project.
