Setting frame rate when rendering

Hi, is there a way the set your render frame rate to 29.97 or should you set it at 30?

You can set the frame rate in the composition settings.

If it's quicktime there's extras settings in the quicktime menu. no luck w/ image sequnces though.

Do you know any resources where I can learn more about ways to keep the movie from sticking when it plays and keeping the colors correct?
