CS 6 Pro Import Fiasco

So I exported an AAF out of Avid and used Pro Import to bring it into After Effects land. Everything was great... Until I did a test render. Something caused my qt reference files to break and now all my media is offline, and when I go to the root level the reference files will not play or open either. Not in quicktime or MPEG STREAMCLIP. Any ideas on how to salvage a night of work? Thanks.
