Hello friends...

I'm very new... I will get around to posting my introduction very soon.

At the moment I need input, feedback and critique. I just finished part one of three of my Flash Website. While my muse takes her dear-sweet-time in coming back, please feel free to let me know what you think.

It's in a way a new start for me; I've relocated after being dropped by an important bread and butter client I had in a different State. So I've decided to move, clean the slate and, in a way start over. This site is one of the manifestations of these changes I've let myself slip into.
And although, logically I'm personally attached to the project, it's because of this attachment that I'm needing honest feedback. To help me look at things in different perspectives (pun not intended)

I'm going through a career mood swing (ever since I hit 40)... your input will indeed redirect me onto a new pathm hopefully.

Oh! yeah.. the website address is: http://www.danielbolivar.com

Cheers Everyone!

PS. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL SITE YOU HAVE HERE... The Art, the creativity, the visions, but most of all the PEOPLE!!! Some of the BEST artistry I've ever seen!
I don't know how I've missed it until now... well actually I do; non-creative, non-innovative, engulfing clients!

I dont know do u have any idea what iīm talking about but hopefully u do :P

Hi I rencently started my own 3d production house... yeeeh

Anyways, my website is under development at the time. I will post the link here as soon as it is presentable. The website is flash and I'm hoping it will be as heavily animated as I can for a 60% dial up audience (eventho my target are broadband users).

Since we are in the process of letting our old customers know that we are no longer separate freelance artists and also catching eyes from new markets, we have decided to make a 3d/flash animated web series of about 30sec - 1min long. The characters are very simple cause thats the style we are aiming for and they are based on cubes cause its the logo of our company called Blueprint3d.

This are some very fast initial sketches and our logo it two of its possible forms.
The white character on the left is the "good guy" and the black box, well its obviously not his best friend.

And here is the first initial sketch of the main character "BlueBoxBoy" but for shorters "3b". From left to right: the first 3d render of the 3d (sketch?), a light version done for flash, and finally a more lighted version for flash as well.

C&C not only wellcomed but REQUIRED lol!

I'll post a bit on the initial story and some more info about what goes behind the character in a minute.

Hi everyone!

Ive created my first completely Flash website for my online portfolio, and i'd love to get some comments on it. I still plan on having a guestbook / shout box type thing on the main page, and also buttons at the bottom for different coloured backgrounds to suit the viewer. They should be in there within a week.

here the addy:
http://andrewhamilton.flippedout.net

I've also got a dozen other Flash animations in the digital/animation section on my site... some pointless, some ok... take a look

**edit** ive updated the site, you can now select which colour you want the background from a small menu at the bottom of the page. Select from red, green, blue, yellow, black, and one for the girls, pink

Well actually its more of a studio website, but I want to know what people think!
The profile link is still being added. (This site is still in beta) none of the videos work yet because I haven't compressed them. I just want to know what people think of the interface.
I would like some of your opinions on the design of my new portfolio website. I am no expert on flash by any means and this is really just the start of it. I have many other plans for the site, but it could be a while before I figure out how to implement them in flash. All comments and critiques welcome.
hello, this is my first post to this website. I would like to start off by saying that I am always impressed by the amount of talent that comes throught this website. nice to have a place us artists can come together and share our work with others.

I built this site a few years ago and wanted to get some feedback on it. I am planning to build a new site but would like some feedback on my current site so I could improve the next one.

ps. there is no preloader and I lost the original files so I have not been able to add one. :(
This is my portfolio / company site. I'd appreciate feedback on the overall feel, and usability, or anything you might find that needs improvement.

I still have quite a bit of tweaking to do before this is complete; sounds, the preloader needs to be modified to more suitably fit the brand, etc.

any input is appreciated.
Hi, I did this for my basic animation class and perhaps, for my portfolio:
http://members.lycos.co.uk/jatrathat/animation01.html (2.5MB quicktime)
The assignment was to show three balls bouncing, at 30 fps, every frame drawn. Now my teacher wants me to clean, color, and make it into "a cartoon."

Is it ready? I see that my shapes could be more solid, and the timing is very fast. What do you think?
Thanks!
James Thomas

p.s. The site is new, please let me know if it gives you problems. (The navigation is experimental.)
