I've got a problem with a floatscript controller.
I have a camera's x position controlled by a variable length Y and everything works perfectly script wise, except that it only updates when I click evaluate.
Is there an auto update script command?
Is there a setting that I need to ensure that it updates as my Y value changes?

See the maxscript documentation on dependsOn

For example: if your float_script controller 'depends' on the y-position of $Dummy01 you would say:

-- specify 'dependsOn' controller.
-- !! this example assumes $Dummy01 has a Position XYZ controller applied to it
dependsOn $Dummy01.position.y_position.controller

-- return float_script value

good luck

instead of:
    dependsOn $Dummy01.position.y_position.controller
you can also use
    dependsOn $Dummy01

which will make the float_script dependent of all $Dummy01's subanims..
