View Full Version : exporting .mb into Deep Paint

hi guys

i am modelling this high detail gargoyle in Maya 5, i am almost done with the overall model(fairly detailed) like wrinkles, and muscles, but i want to go further and do veins and skin folds on him. the only way i can see is by taking him in to Deeppaint. or then displacement mapping. can anyone help me out. ...oh yes, and i cant export him in to Deeppaint, is there a way to this ???

any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can export it to Deep Paint 3D from Maya. That's for sure. But I don't know how to do that. Have you tried to export your model to .obj file or any related extension that Deep Paint 3D can handle?
