View Full Version : Modying Ambient Occlusion shader

How can this be done? I have an idea in mind, I want to inverse the effect of AO (instead of generating black in inner edges, I want black in outer edges). I guess AO works based on face angles and vectors, right? I would like to edit those parameters to get the desired effect, but I don't find a way to modify the shader script (the mental ray AO shader works fine).
