Like when we use line in display option what we find is the size of line increase according to speed of the particles. so Is there any option like that for rendering also. I want particle size increase or decrease according to speed of particles.

That example is too specific (as it uses a custom shape).
You can write a simpler Script Operator that just takes the Velocity's length and dumps that into the particleScale channel to affect ANY shape you might have assigned to the particles.
