Please take a look at my newly completed animated short "50A, Roland Road":

It was created in Maya and rendered in VRay, with post production and editing done in Adobe After Effects and Premiere respetively. The brief:

"This animated short explores architectural visualisation, but in a less traditional sense; instead of aspirational and expensive, the location is generic and functional. Through lighting, composition and music, the attempt is to find beauty in the mundane."

Really like the fact that you focused on the mundane, looks like an advertisement for B&Q! my favorite part was something pretty simple that i thought was a nice touch- the worn and wrinkled sticker on the washing machine :)

very nice result! I was looking for something that shows maya + vray!
Also the post work it's pretty nice and soft, which gives a nice looking for the entire film.
It makes me remember of alex roman, and how that video changed my life.

congratulations !

excellent! My only point of critique is the camera 'shake' you use in some shots, it made me kinda seasick, to maintain dynamics it is enough to let the camera move one way, like you did in the other shots.

Thanks for all your feedback - very much appreciated. I've uploaded an additional video demonstrating the breakdown of some of the shots on my site at:
