Hey that was pretty cool, the run and leaps were nicely done. Good feel.

+1, that was rather cool work there. The running part made it feel like an in game animation, but still cool.

liked it very much , can u tell me somewat about rig?

04 April 2011, 02:37 PM
Thanks shalabology for taking a look. The rig I used was the Morpheus rig by Josh Burton and I used the unwrapped mapping that had been already done for me and just painted over the top in pshop. The textures are pretty muddy still but I was concentrating on the animation of the character and camera mostly.

Heres the Morpheus rig:

Awesome animation and most of all i loved ur camera work!!! since wen r u animating???

Very cool! Very fluid and feels very natural. My only crit would be to get a better dynamic pose about 19 sec. in (your third still image on this post) after he leaps off the fire escape. The pose feels very flat and awkward before landing on the statue. Great work keep it up!

Thanks Aloke! The camera felt like animating another character itself! I've been animating for about 8yrs nows-between Australia and currently London.

Mayazeus-Thanks mate! I see what you mean, I was going for the freefalling style pose but maybe I could stage his silouhette better to camera. Cheers. Lovin your work at Blur btw!

Ah cool, MIB3 sounds like it will be a lot of fun. Vancouver's a busy town!

I'm just wrapping up Mass Effect 3 over at BioWare, couple more weeks left for the animators to wrap.

this looks good, it gets alittle messy around the 4 sec mark, also there are times such as 13 sec when the arms look alittle broke..

but all in all v good stuff

Keep at it.
