View Full Version : Negating Namespaces

Hey everyone,

When referencing in a character is there a way to not have namespaces? If not, is there a way to find the namespace, and change a script to work with that namespace? Thank you.

I found this, but could someone elaborate more on this?

You will always need namespaces when referencing. This is to solve the clashing names from different files.

You can use file command and query reference. You can also look at namespace command. If you have a node name you can just split the the (tokenize) by ':' character to get namespace.
