i'm new at rigging so here's the problem....i have 2 legged robot model i only needed to animate the legs so rigged each leg so simply by a joint and an ik handler then binded skin smoothly then grouped all the meshes and joints and handlers in a gruop to scale it but when scaling the group everything is scaled properly except the legs weirdly scaled as if scaled on their own ...if i detach the skin then scale the huge group every thing is scaled properly then i again bind skin the legs scales weirdly so what should i do ?!
how can i scale every thing with skin bended without legs acting weird ?!
can i send the file for anyone to tell me how to scale the whole (model+rig) please ! (wont take u more than 20 mins !!)

The group ur scaling should not include meshes and iks, only joints group and control curves group with pivot at the origin.
